Group supports Maoming Daily's young reporters' social practice activity; Blood Center and City Archives Station successfully conclude

In 2024, during 6 and 8, the Group, as a supporting partner for public welfare initiatives, accompanied young reporters from Maoming Daily on social practice visits to the Maoming Blood Center and the Maoming Municipal Archives. The young reporters learned about blood donation and explored the city's archival memories, successfully completing both stages of their journey.
In the summer of 2024, as a supporting partner for public welfare initiatives, our group accompanied young reporters from the Maoming Daily on two social practice sessions. In 6, the young reporters visited the Maoming Central Blood Station to learn about voluntary blood donation and blood supply operations. In 8, they participated in the open day event at the Maoming Municipal Archives, getting up close with the city's archival memories. Both practice sessions concluded successfully.
On the morning of 6/15, young reporters gathered in front of the Maoming Blood Center building. Staff members explained the significance of voluntary blood donation and the basic collection and distribution process in simple, easy-to-understand terms, answering curious questions like "Where does a unit of blood come from and where does it go?" The young reporters wore their practice badges, listened attentively, took notes, and internalized the public service message of "Hot blood saves lives."
On 8 15, young reporters visited the Maoming Municipal Archives. An electronic screen at the entrance displayed a welcome message for the open day event. Wearing their practice badges and carrying commemorative gift bags, the children lined up neatly on the steps for a group photo. They then toured the facility to learn about archival collection and preservation, gaining insight into the city's historical narrative preserved within the archives.
Across both stations, the group prepared practice certificates and commemorative gift bags for the young reporters, with staff members providing full-time support. At each location, children gathered in front of the venue for group photos, their joyful smiles capturing a growth journey filled with curiosity and discovery.
From charity for people with disabilities to caring for youth development, the Group has always upheld the philanthropic principle of "taking from society and giving back to society." In the future, the Group will continue to support youth social practice and public welfare activities, helping more children broaden their horizons and achieve growth through exploration and observation.
