Volunteer service thrives on both passion and structure. On 9 month 4, the Shiwan Office of Huazhou Volunteer Federation organized a training and exchange session for volunteers, focusing on standardized procedures for online registration, check-in, and check-out to refine and solidify daily service workflows.

Pang Yelin, Secretary of the Party Branch and President of Huazhou City Volunteer Association, and Zhong Yingrong, Council Member and Founder of the Group, attended to provide guidance. Drawing on the General Headquarters' requirements, Zhong explained key usage points for the online volunteer service system. He walked through standard procedures for registration, check-in, and check-out, emphasizing the importance of accurate attendance tracking for maintaining service records and managing activities effectively.

During the training, volunteers gathered in a circle to exchange ideas while learning and practicing. They used their phones to follow step-by-step instructions, familiarizing themselves with platform features and walking through high-frequency operations such as online registration, sign-in, and sign-out. The atmosphere for on-site discussion was vibrant.

This event further strengthened volunteers' professional capabilities and standardized the organization and management of volunteer activities. Zhong Yingrong, founder of the Group, stated that volunteer service, like running a business, relies on both standardization and persistence.
